December 2016 News!

Our menu for the November 29 to December 13 is now available!

Gluten Free and Gluten Free Option meals are indicated by the GF and GFO indications following menu items.

Castle Café will not be open in the month of January as first semester's student chefs will be wrapping up their course and second semester's student chef will be training and preparing. Castle Café will return in February 2017.

DATA ENTRY ERROR

We regret to our customers of a data entry error. In September, when our website was not operational, we collected orders on a paper order form. Although those orders are not in our website system, we accidentally entered the month collected from September into the website. The result was that your account may have shown a credit for September meals. We have now corrected the error, however, this means that you may now have an outstanding balance for your November orders. We encourage you to check the billing section of your account to verify whether or not there is an outstanding balance. We regret the error and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact us if you have any questions!

Welcome Back!

Castle Café is gearing up for its 4th year! We are pleased to announce that Castle Café, for the first time in its history, will offer for a lunch service throughout 2016-2017 school year. 

In Semester 1, Castle Café will be operated by the Foods 9 class with a simplified menu. We will be offering one lunch special each day that we are open. The lunch special costs $6.00 and includes:

• Main Course 
• Milk or  Juice Box
• Sweet or Fruit option

Sweets might include a small cookie, tart, cake, square, etc. The fruit option could include fruit skewer, fruit cup, smoothie, fruit and/or berry & yogurt parfait, or a piece of fruit.

To accommodate the simplified menu, we are currently updating our website. As a result, for the month of September, ordering will be done on a paper order form & NOT through the website. Order forms have been emailed home or are available at the school office. Please submit order forms and payment to the school office AT LEAST ONE DAY IN ADVANCE.

We are normally open Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays with exceptions for special events or programs.
